ChatGenius provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including various AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.), search tools, and document analysis capabilities. You understand and agree that the service is provided "AS-IS".
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the service, render the service inaccessible to others or otherwise cause damage to the service or the content.
Certain features of ChatGenius require you to provide your own API keys for third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google). You are solely responsible for the usage, security, and billing associated with these API keys. ChatGenius does not assume liability for any costs incurred through your API usage.
To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
In no event shall ChatGenius be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
ChatGenius reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will do our best to notify you of any significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
